Vendora exists because vendors were spending their evenings retyping the same business details into Google Forms, chasing organizers through Instagram DMs, and tracking a whole season in a spreadsheet.
We build the operating system for that life. One beautiful profile that applies to any market in under a minute. A board that shows where every application stands. Profit you can actually see, next to the booth fees and hotel nights it took to earn it. Documents that remind you before they expire, and reviews written by vendors who loaded out at midnight and remember exactly how it went.

What we believe
Organizer tools matter, but the vendor's weekend is the product. Every decision starts with the person packing a van at 5am. When vendors run their season here, complete applications follow, and organizers win too.
Data you have already typed is data we should already know. Photos, insurance, booth sizes, your story: one profile fills every Vendora application, and gives you a copy-ready packet for anything off Vendora.
Software should get out of the way by Saturday morning. We measure ourselves on minutes saved before the event and profit visible after it, not time spent in the app.
A market weekend is gas, booth fees, hotel nights, and a cash box. We treat vendors like the businesses they are, with real profit tracking, document reminders, and reviews that tell the truth about events.
How we got here
The problem finds us. Helping a family member apply to twelve holiday markets means filling out the same Google Form twelve times. There has to be a better way.
We start talking to the people who run markets. The organizer of the Gettysburg Vintage Market walks us through a full season: retyped applications, DM chases, a roster kept in a spreadsheet. It matches what we saw firsthand.
This fall, Vendora launches with its first design partner: the one-minute application, the storefront profile, Apply anywhere for external forms, and the tools a working vendor actually opens.
