Vendora is a platform where vendors build a profile, discover markets, and apply to them, and where organizers list markets and review applications. The current public site runs in demo mode with sample data so you can evaluate the product.
You are responsible for what you upload: keep your business details accurate, only share photos and documents you have the rights to, and keep your login to yourself. You keep ownership of everything you upload; you give us permission to display it where you choose to publish it.
Vendora transmits applications between vendors and organizers. Organizers make their own acceptance decisions; we do not guarantee acceptance, attendance, sales, or outcomes at any event.
No scraping, no impersonating other businesses, no uploading unlawful content, and no using the platform to spam vendors or organizers. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other members.
Vendora is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or what happens at a market. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we will tell you in the product or by email before it takes effect.
