How fast do you reply?

Within one business day for vendors and organizers, usually much faster during market season weekends. Press and partnership notes within two.

Is the demo really free to explore?

Yes. Everything on this site runs in demo mode and saves in your own browser. Create a profile, apply to markets, switch to the organizer view, break things. Reset it any time from the demo bar at the top of the app.

Can you migrate our existing applicant list?

For design partners, yes. Send us your current spreadsheet or form export and we set up your market so returning vendors apply in a minute instead of starting over.

Where are you based?

We are a small remote team rooted in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, which is also why the demo is full of Pennsylvania markets.
